yes. Though it claims to want some kind of lubrication... I think there's a sheet of special paper I can run through it to maintain it, in my room... somewhere. I'll look for it.
If you still need a shredder, let me know. I have one which isn't great (it shreds into little ribbons instead of cross-cut whatever), but is nice and small -- it fits on top of an existing trash can -- so either of us could transport it by bike, in a backpack.
